At Premium Medicines, we always strive to deliver the best quality medicine. That helps us to avoid any kind of cancellations and returns. But sometimes, there may situations, when the orders need to be canceled. Depending on the reason, your orders can be canceled or returned. We refund you the full amount paid to us.

Returns:

You can return the medicines back to us in the below-mentioned situations:

  • When the medicine is damaged during transit.
  • When you receive the wrong product.
  • When you receive the wrong quantity.
  • When the dosage is wrong.

Cancellation by the customer:

  • Once the order is confirmed, but not yet shipped, you can request a cancellation if you have changed your mind.
  • If the product has already been shipped, you can deny the acceptance of the product.

Cancellation by Premium Medicines:

There may be some unavoidable circumstances where we will have to cancel your order. When the stock is not available or there is any issue at the delivery location, we will cancel the order from our end. An intimation email and message will be shared with you with the reason for the cancellation.

Refund:

  • In case of a damaged or wrong product, cancellation by the customer, or Premium Medicines, the amount is refunded back to the source account.
  • If you have made payment through cash on delivery, you can provide us with your bank details for the refund.
  • If you requested a return after receiving the products, you will receive a refund only if the products are unused and pass the quality tests.

Return requests:

You will have to send all your return requests within 24 hours of receiving the medicine. We will guide you through the procedure to return the medicine. You should allow us at least 10 working days to process your refund.
